What is Tele Speak?
Tele Speak is a Windows application that lets you chat with AI via Telegram. You send messages or voice notes and get replies in text and in audio (Windows voice), so you can practice the language you choose. In this first version the focus is on Conversation.
The structured language course is under development and will be released soon.
1. Main interface
When you open Tele Speak, the mode available in this version is:
Conversation – Free chat with AI that replies in text and in audio (Windows voice). You can practice English, Spanish, Italian, French, German or Russian, depending on the voice and language you configure.
Coming soon:Languages mode – Structured course with levels and exercises (images, audio, quiz). The course is still under development.
2. Initial setup
Step by step
Authorize Telegram – Settings → Authorize Telegram. Enter API_ID, API_Hash and phone number. Log in and save.
Configure Conversation – Settings → Conversation Settings. Set your OpenAI API Key, the desired model and the Windows voice (the voice defines the conversation language: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German or Russian).
TURN ON – Click the button to activate the bot. The status will turn green (ON).
Send messages – Use Telegram (e.g. Saved Messages) to chat with the AI.
3. Conversation mode
Free chat with the AI as a language tutor. You type or send voice; the AI replies in text and in audio (Windows voice).
Available languages
The conversation can be in one of the following languages, depending on the Windows voice you choose:
English
Spanish
Italian
French
German
Russian
The conversation language follows the voice selected in settings. You can change voice (and therefore language) at any time via Telegram.
What Conversation offers
Replies in text and in audio so you can practice listening and pronunciation
The AI can gently correct pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar
Change voice/language directly via Telegram without reopening the app
Change voice via Telegram
Type vozes – Lists all available voices with numbers
Type vozes N or voz N – Switches to voice number N (e.g. vozes 5)
Type just the number (e.g. 5) – Also switches to the corresponding voice
4. Requirements
Windows 10 or later
Telegram account
OpenAI API Key (for AI replies)
Telegram API_ID and API_Hash (obtained at my.telegram.org)
Tip – Use Saved Messages in Telegram to practice on your own by sending messages to yourself. The bot replies automatically.
